The polishing heads on the manufacturer’s KEDA machines required re-greasing every 30 days using a conventional grease. Despite regular servicing, the lubricant failed to deliver expected durability or operational consistency—resulting in unplanned downtime and performance variation.
Lubeco Greases, in collaboration with its channel partner, proposed a trial of Azure 00 Ultra Plus. An 18 kg sample was tested over a three-month period across various polishing units.
Encouraged by the strong operational gains and maintenance reduction, the
manufacturer approved a full-scale transition to Azure 00 Ultra Plus across all
polishing heads.
